Refund policy

Replacements

Golden Crumb has a customer satisfaction guarantee and will replace any product that has been damaged and/or is defective upon delivery.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at order@goldencrumbbiscuit.com to discuss the damages and we will work together to make it right.

Refunds 

Full refunds are applicable for any order cancellations as well as for orders that are defective. Refund notices will be sent to your email and will apply to the original payment method. Refunds are not applicable for products that are damaged during transport or lost or shipped to the wrong address. However, replacements boxes may be available in this instance.
